Insured Search

The insured search is only required if the integration method selected by the payer is via "Payer Web Service".

In this case, the payer must provide a REST service that allows insured searches through Osigu’s Beneficiary Lookup component. This component enables the configuration of various search forms to identify an individual.

Configuration During Integration

During the integration phase, the following details will be defined:

  • Required Input Data: What data is needed to search for an insured individual.
  • Data Types: The format or type of each required input field.

Example Input Fields:

  • National Identification Number.
  • Social Security Number.
  • Date of Birth.
  • Insurance Membership Card Number.
  • Policy and Certificate Number.

Expected Response

The REST service must return all the information specified in this section.
