Pre-existing Conditions by Policyholder
File Name: v2_ph_pre_existing_conditions.csv
This file is used to define pre-existing conditions for individual policyholders. It accepts ICD-10 diagnostic codes. If another coding system or ICD version is needed, Osigu can provide a custom processor to accept the required format and transform the codes into the corresponding ICD-10 equivalent.
Structure
The required fields are marked in bold.
