To allow providers to request an authorization issuance, they must use one of the following methods:

• Implementation of REST API services.
• Authorization Widget.
• Provider Web Portal / Osigu EHR.

Regardless of the method selected, the authorization process flow remains the same:

• Beneficiary search and selection.
• Entry of products/services.
• Automated evaluation process (policy status, validity, coverage, protocols).
• Result notification.

Provider Network

Certain configurations must be completed before a new provider can interact with the Payer and the Osigu platform.

• Configuration of credentials and registration as part of the Payer's provider network.
• Set up product/service catalogs and agreed prices (if applicable).
• Configuration of transaction and claim submission reports (Settlements).
