Provider Registration Process

Overview

Before utilizing Osigu's ePrescription or EHR products, medical professionals must complete a registration process where Osigu verifies the authenticity of the information submitted, ensuring compliance with the regulations of the country where the physician practices.

Clients can register their physicians using one of the following methods:

  1. Through the Osigu Registration Portal.
  2. Via API integration with video identification.

This guide focuses on the second option, where the client implements our Registration API and integrates with the video identification process.

Steps for Implementation

To implement this workflow, the client needs to complete the following tasks:

  1. Capture Physician Data.
  2. Start Registration Request.
  3. Attach Supporting Documentation to Registration Request.
  4. Complete the Video Identification Process.
